We are currently accepting Internship Applications for: Spring/Summer 2016

We are offering an internship program for applicants looking for a career in Wedding & Event Planning.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous Professional Office Experience and ability to handle incoming calls at our office

  • Fluent in Microsoft Office

  • Organized

  • Passionate about wedding and event planning

  • Lives in the North Houston area and capable of coming to our office in Montgomery

  • Available at least two days a week and on most weekends for events

  • Comfortable on your feet for hours at a time

 

Responsibilities:

  • Update our website galleries, social media, and advertising accounts weekly

  • Maintain correspondence with clients and assist with "To-Do" items for upcoming events

  • Keep office organized and maintain client files

  • Attend meetings with Amy & Liz to learn the flow of our planning process

  • Assist in production at events on the weekends, as needed

 

We are adding to our team and are hoping to find qualified candidates who can grow with our company.  Full Time positions MAY be offered to candidates who complete our internship program succesfully.
